If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 7 days of your original purchase date.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund:
- Your request must be submitted within 7 calendar days of purchase.
- You must provide the email address used for your order.
- Refund requests should be sent to contact@zyvena.org.
Once your request is reviewed and approved, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your financial institution.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refund requests submitted after the 7-day refund period may not be eligible for reimbursement.
